We conducted a birding tour of avid bird watchers and bird photographers from Udaipur on Sunday, 23rd Dec 2012. We were team of 10 people and we used two cars for the tour with five people in each car.

We started at 6AM in the morning fro Udaipur city centre and reached Bathera Kala lake at 7AM. The sunrise time was 7:30AM and we had tea at Rawala Bathera, a home stay in Bathera Village. Rawla Bathera is an old house, owned by Mr. Mayur Singh, who himself is a birder and has great knowledge about it. He toured us Bathera lake and one more unnamed lake.

We saw many birds and could take some photographs too. Here are list of birds which we could spot there :-
